Great service as always. I especially like the way your representative listens and doesn't push to make a sale, at the same time he was very confident in the products he was recommending. Never had a problem with Paxton and long may that continue.

I felt like I was being rushed off of the phone before resolve. I had specific questions that I dont feel were answered correct. He assumed things without asking questions and sent emails to the wrong email address. I just need a professional in the Paxton to Listen, and correct me if I'm wrong. I'm trying to align my understanding with Paxton lingo and terms.

Paxton was a very professional company with clear objectives for the staff and the company direction they want to pursue. Their product range is very good and the Net2 offering for access control, it looks a very well thought out product that will be a consideration for us going forward. I enjoyed my time there and learnt a lot about their products. Thank you.
